Is NaviPal free?
Yes. NaviPal is 100% free to start — you can plan unlimited trips, import bookings, track expenses, and share itineraries at no cost. No credit card is required.
What platforms does NaviPal run on?
NaviPal works on the web and as native apps for iOS and Android. Your trips sync across every device you sign in on.
How does email booking import work?
Forward any booking confirmation email to trips@navipal.io from the address on your account. NaviPal automatically extracts flight, hotel, and activity details and adds them to the right itinerary, usually within a few minutes. Forwarding from a different inbox, or using Sign in with Apple’s Hide My Email? Use the personal import address shown in your Settings — it works from any inbox.
Which currencies does expense tracking support?
You can log expenses in 20+ currencies with automatic conversion. Set budgets per trip or per category, split costs with companions, and view spending summaries at a glance.
Can I use NaviPal offline?
Yes. On the mobile app your trip data is cached locally, so you can view itineraries, expenses, and packing lists without internet. Changes sync automatically once you're back online.
Can I share trips and plan with other people?
Absolutely. Invite friends or family by email and give them read-only or edit access. Collaborators see real-time updates and can split expenses with you.
Can I install NaviPal as an app from the browser?
Yes. NaviPal is an installable progressive web app — use “Add to Home Screen” (or Install) in your browser to launch it in its own window, or download the native apps from the App Store and Google Play.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can export a trip as a printable document, JSON, or iCalendar (.ics) file. To delete your account data, email support@navipal.io with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and we'll process it within 30 days.
